Cancellation & Refund Policy


A. CANCELLATION POLICY


1. PICKUP & DROP:-


Cancellation of pickup & drop service before one hour of scheduled pickup time is non-chargeable.

Any cancellation from one hour prior to the scheduled pickup time until the pickup time will be charged at 50% value of the task fee as mentioned while booking.

In case of any cancellation after the EYL knight personnel has reached the pick-up location/service location, will be charged at 100% of the task/service fee as mentioned while booking.

Parcels once picked up and in transit cannot be cancelled, relocated or rescheduled. If cancelled, no refund of fees and if rescheduled or relocated then an additional task fee will be applied



2. HOME FRONT JOBS:-


The client agrees to pay the service charge at the time of booking. Any additional requirements will incur separate charges.

Free cancellations or rescheduling is allowed 1 day prior to the booking. Cancellation or rescheduling on the same day of booking will incur a flat Rs. 250/- cancellation charge.

In case of any cancellation after the EYL service knight personnel has reached the service location or during an ongoing service/treatment, will be charged at 100% of the service fee as mentioned while booking.

B. REFUND POLICY


1. PICKUP & DROP & HOME FRONT JOBS:-


EYL team shall initiate a refund after the confirmation and analysis of the situation leading to the cause of the same.

The same will be credited either to the customer via PAYTM, credit note or directly to Customer bank account within 7 working days, whichever mode is preferred by Customer.

# All refund amounts for EYL & EYL Bazaar shall be credited to Buyer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Buyer’s choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below,
