Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of an agreement to all of the terms and conditions in these

marketplace platform for daily chores & household services (referred to as “Tasks”) and facilitates the connection
between individuals seeking to obtain services (the “Customer”) and/or individuals seeking to provide services
(the “Service Provider”). The EASEYOURLIFETM Customer and EASEYOURLIFETM Service Provider
together are hereinafter referred to as “Users”.
In addition to this Agreement, we have established a Privacy Policy to explain how we collect and use information
about
you. A copy of this Privacy Policy can be found at: https://www.easeyourlife.in/privacy.html and is incorporated
by reference into this Agreement. By accessing or using the Website, you are also ratifying to our Privacy Policy.
Those certain services requested by the EASEYOURLIFETM Customer, which are to be completed by the
EASEYOURLIFETM Service Provider, are hereinafter referred to as “Services”. As used in this Terms of
Use (“Terms”) the singular term “Website” includes all websites and all devices or applications that collect
personal information from you that we or our successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies
and other companies (“Affiliated Companies”), that we may have now or in the future can link to these terms, web
pages within each such website, device or application, and web pages that are associated with each such website,
device or application.
1 DEFINITIONS
Certain capitalised terms shall have the meanings set forth below unless specifically stated otherwise.
1.1 Terms of Use or Terms or Agreement shall mean the whole text of this agreement between the Customer, Service
Provider (Users) and EASEYOURLIFETM.
1.2 Website shall mean www.easeyourlife.in
1.3 Affiliated Companies or Affiliates shall include Elements EYL Services Private Limited, Elements Media Works
Private Limited and its successors, parents, subsidiaries, and related companies and other companies under a
common control that EASEYOURLIFETM may have now or in the future
1.4 Services shall mean all services offered on this website including the services requested by the
EASEYOURLIFETM Customer, which are to be fulfilled by the EASEYOURLIFETM Service Provider
1.5 Membership shall mean creation of a user name and password which may permit access to certain areas and
features of the Website not available to non-registered users.
1.6 Advertisers shall mean to include all third parties for promotional works including
EASEYOURLIFETM's sponsors, advertisers or promotional partners.
1.7 Indemnified Entities shall include all stakeholders of EASEYOURLIFETM including its officers,
directors, employees, partners, agents, investors, clients, and distribution partners, subsidiaries, Affiliated
Companies, and each of their related companies
1.8 Disputes shall include any violation, dispute, controversy, contest or claim arising out of or relating to
this Terms or the breach, termination or validity hereof.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the
Agreement.
2 USER AND EASE YOUR LIFE™ - SERVICE PROVIDER & CUSTOMER
2.1 The Service Provider confirms that all services and details thereof provided by him/her are genuine and that
his/her identity is authentic.
2.2 It is understood and agreed that Service Provider is in business for himself/herself and is solely responsible
for payment of any and all taxes, whether income or otherwise.
2.3 The Service Provider is aware that EASEYOURLIFETM is entitled to receive a service charge
(“Charge” /“Charges”), wherever applicable, from all of the clients who utilize Service Provider's services. It is
understood that this service charge will not affect Service Provider's reimbursement from the Customer.
2.4 The Service Provider agrees to conduct himself/herself with propriety and dignity and to do nothing on an
engagement or otherwise that may tend to injure the reputation and goodwill of EASEYOURLIFETM. The
service provider further agrees to abide by all standard rules and policies of EASEYOURLIFETM with
regard to behaviour while rendering of services.
2.5 Users acknowledge that EASEYOURLIFETM shall not be responsible for any loss or harm caused upon
rendering or acceptance of any services, as the case may be. EASEYOURLIFETM shall not be responsible
for injury caused in any form. The users acknowledge that EASEYOURLIFETM acts as an aggregator and its
liability is limited to the extent set forth in this agreement. Neither EASEYOURLIFETM nor its
affiliates or licensors shall be held responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user or
provider of the service. EASEYOURLIFETM and its affiliates and licensors will not be liable for any
claim, injury or damage arising in connection with your use or rendering of services.
2.6 EASEYOURLIFETM is not an employer of the Service Provider. The Service Provider works only on a per
task basis with EASEYOURLIFETM and is required to provide for his/her own safety during jobs. We are
not responsible for any bodily harm or financial burden caused to Service Providers due to any jobs, meetings,
queries etc. received through EASEYOURLIFETM.
3 COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1 EASEYOURLIFETM has limited control over the quality, timing or legality of Services delivered by
EASEYOURLIFETM Service Providers.
3.2 EASEYOURLIFETM will make a sincere attempt to provide best services but does not take full
responsibility of suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Services requested and provided by the
Service Provider. Although EASEYOURLIFETM performs background checks on all the Service Providers,
EASEYOURLIFETM cannot confirm that whether each User / Service Provider is who they/it claim(s) to be.
3.3 EASEYOURLIFETM does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the
information or any information collected through this website or any webpage belonging to its website, device or
application.
3.4 Though we take utmost care in collecting information and conduct background check of all our service
providers, we may still miss out any information unknowingly and/or Users have may not have shared the correct and
complete information with EASEYOURLIFETM. Hence if any dispute arises with one or more Users, you
release EASEYOURLIFETM (and our officers, directors, agents, investors, subsidiaries, and employees)
from any and all claims, demands, or damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and
unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such
disputes
3.5 For persons located outside of India:
3.5.1 If you are located outside India, your use of this Website is at your own risk and initiative and you, not
us, are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and national laws.
3.5.2 By using this Website and/or participating in any activity on this Website, and/or providing us with your
personal information, you (i) consent to the transfers and processing of any information you provide to the
Website; (ii) understand that this Website will deal with your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
and Indian law. Consequently, you hereby waive any claims that may arise under the laws and regulations that apply
to you in any other country or jurisdiction.
3.6 Neither easeyourlife.in nor its affiliates or licensors is responsible for the conduct, whether online or
offline, of any User of the service. EASEYOURLIFETM and its affiliates and/or licensors will not be
liable for any claim, injury or damage arising in connection with your use of the platform.
4 TRANSACTIONS
4.1 EASEYOURLIFETM Customers offer Service Payments for each requested service. Three days after a
service is scheduled, if there is no complaint by the EASEYOURLIFETM Customer, the service will be
marked as closed by EASEYOURLIFETM.
4.2 The payment agreed upon during the booking of any task must be transferred to the EASEYOURLIFETM
account upon task closure.
4.3 The Service Payment must be paid through the EASEYOURLIFETM web services to the maximum extent
possible. Any Service Payments paid in cash outside of the EASEYOURLIFETM web services are NOT subject
to refunds.
4.4 EASEYOURLIFETM expressly disclaims any liability beyond the service contract value that may arise
between the Users of its Service or platform since EASEYOURLIFE™ is only an aggregator of service providers.
5 WEBSITE CONTENT & THIRD PARTY LINKS
5.1 EASEYOURLIFETM provides the Website including & without limitation, content for informational and
promotional purposes only. You may not rely on any information and opinions expressed on any of the webpages
therein for any other purpose.
5.2 In all instances, it is the your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and
usefulness of the Website Content. Under no circumstances will EASEYOURLIFETM be liable for any loss or
damage caused by your reliance on any Website Content.
5.3 In many instances, Website Content will include content posted by a third-party or will represent the opinions
and judgments of a third-party. EASEYOURLIFETM does not endorse, warrant and is not responsible for the

agents, clients, and distribution partners, Affiliated Companies, and each of their related companies
(collectively, the “Indemnified Entities”) from claims, demands, and damages of every kind or nature arising out
of, relating to, or in any way connected with such dispute.

not operate or control, in any respect, or necessarily endorse the content found on these third-party websites.
You assume sole responsibility for your use of third-party links. EASEYOURLIFETM is not responsible for
any Content posted on third-party websites or liable to you for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a
result of your dealings with any third-party or their website.

6 PUBLIC AREAS
6.1 The Service may contain profiles, email systems, blogs, message boards, applications, job postings, chat
areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities (“Public Areas”) that
allow Users to communicate with other Users. You may only use such community areas to send and receive messages
and material that are relevant and proper to the applicable forum.
6.2 Without limitation, you may not:
6.2.1 Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or any other similar software that may
damage the operation of another's computer. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the

6.2.2 Use the Service for any purpose which is in violation of local, state, national, or international law.

to the services offered on the Service. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
6.2.6 Impersonate another person or allow any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view

6.2.7 Post the same note repeatedly (referred to as “spamming”). Spamming is strictly prohibited.
6.2.8 Download any file posted by another User that a User knows, or reasonably should know cannot be legally
distributed through the Service.
6.2.9 Restrict or inhibit any other User from using and enjoying the Public Areas
6.2.10 Imply or state that any statements you make are endorsed by EASEYOURLIFE, without the prior written consent
of
EASEYOURLIFETM.
6.2.11 Imply or state that any statements you make are endorsed by Easeyourlife.in , without the prior written
consent of Easeyourlife.in.
6.2.12 Use a robot, spider, manual and/or automatic processes or devices to data-mine, data-crawl, scrape or index
easeyourlife.in or EASEYOURLIFETM in any manner.
6.2.13 Hack or interfere with easeyourlife.in or EASEYOURLIFETM its servers or any connected networks.
6.2.14 Adapt, alter, license, sublicense or translate easeyourlife.in or EASEYOURLIFETM for your own
personal or
commercial use.
6.2.15 Remove or alter, visually or otherwise, any copyrights, trademarks or proprietary marks and rights owned by
easeyourlife.in or EASEYOURLIFETM
6.2.16 Upload content that is offensive and/or harmful, including, but not limited to, content that advocates,
endorses, condones or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any individual or
group of individuals.
6.2.17 Upload content that provides materials or access to materials that exploit people under the age of 18 in an
abusive, violent or sexual manner.
6.3 All submissions made to Public Areas will be public, and easeyourlife.in or EASEYOURLIFETM will not
be responsible for the action of other Users with respect to any information or materials posted in Public Areas.
7 YOUR INFORMATION
7.1 “Your Information” is defined as any information and materials you provide to EASEYOURLIFETM or
other Users in connection with your registration for and use of the Service, including without limitation that
posted or transmitted for use in Public Areas.
7.2 You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act merely as a passive conduit for your online
distribution and publication of Your Information.
7.3 You hereby represent and warrant to EASEYOURLIFE™ that Your Information
7.3.1 will not be false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading;
7.3.2 will not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
7.3.3 will not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right or
rights of publicity or privacy;
7.3.4 will not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including without limitation those governing
export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
7.3.5 will not be defamatory, libellous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing;
7.3.6 will not be obscene or contain child pornography or be harmful to minors;
7.3.7 will not contain any viruses, Trojan Horses, worms, time bombs, cancel-bots or other computer programming
routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any
system, data or personal information; and
7.3.8 will not create liability for EASEYOURLIFETM or cause EASEYOURLIFETM to lose (in whole
or in part) the services of its ISPs or other partners or suppliers
7.4 Solely to enable EASEYOURLIFETM to use Your Information, so we are not violating any rights you
might have in that information, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable,
royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright, publicity rights, and any
other rights you have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known.
8 BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICY
8.1 EASEYOURLIFETM Customers are obligated to pay for the services, unless specifically notified
otherwise.
8.2 The EASEYOURLIFETM Customer can also pay at the end of a completed Service transaction.
8.3 For all purchases and payments for reimbursement costs, fees or expenses associated with a Service,
EASEYOURLIFETM will charge you according to the amount agreed upon between you and
EASEYOURLIFETM for the use of the services of the Service, and you hereby authorize us to charge your
debit card / credit card /bank account for such amounts.
8.4 EASEYOURLIFETM retains the right, at its sole discretion, to place a hold on any payment for a
completed Service transaction. No refunds or credits will be provided once EASEYOURLIFETM's service
request is fulfilled or a task completed. At EASEYOURLIFETM's sole discretion, refunds or credits may
be granted in extenuating circumstances, as a result of specific refund guarantee promotions, or to correct any
errors made by EASEYOURLIFETM.
8.5 While EASEYOURLIFETM will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all
debit/credit card and bank account information and all other personal information, we expressly disclaim any
liability for any damage that may result should any information be released to any third parties, and you agree to
hold EASEYOURLIFETM harmless for any damages that may result therefrom. EASEYOURLIFE™ uses third party
services to process all billing and payment related information. For further information regarding that service,
please contact easeyourlife.in to request information about EASEYOURLIFETM's payment gateway providers.
8.6 You will be liable for all transaction taxes on the services provided under this Agreement (other than taxes
based on EASEYOURLIFETM's income).
8.7 To process financial transactions, we may use third-party electronic payment processors or service providers
(ESPs). As required, you permanently authorize us to instruct such ESPs to handle Account deposits and withdrawals
from your account. You also permanently agree that in accordance with your requests as submitted, we may give such
instructions on your behalf.
8.8 You agree to be certain by the terms and conditions of use of each appropriate ESP. In the event of conflict
between these Terms and the ESP's terms and conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
8.9 The User is further aware that in case of third party statements, including bank and credit card statements,
the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format, and the Company has no control over the same.
8.10 We reserve the right to increase fees or introduce new prices or charges at any time.
9 RECURRING BILLING
9.1 Most subscription plans to the Service have an initial period, for which there is a one-time charge, followed
by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your
subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges
prior to cancellation.
9.2 By entering into this Agreement, you also accept that your Payment Method information shall be stored by
EASEYOURLIFETM so that you can continue to receive the Service or make purchases of Credits.
EASEYOURLIFETM (through its Billing Agents) may submit periodic charges (e.g. monthly) without further
authorization from you, unless you provide prior notice (confirmed in writing upon request by EASEYOURLIFE™ that
you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your Payment Method. Such notice will not affect charges
submitted before EASEYOURLIFETM reasonably could act.

10 CHARGES
10.1 The Website reserves the right to amend the fee policy and charge for all the services which the website
offers. In the event of such change in policy, the details will be posted on the homepage of the website and such
change shall be effective as soon as Users have been intimated. Subsequent to such change, it is the choice of the
User whether or not to continue with the services offered by us.
11 SECURITY
11.1 Transactions on the Website are secure and protected. Any information entered by the User when transacting on
the Website is encrypted to protect the User against unintentional disclosure to third parties. The User's credit
and debit card information is not received, stored by or retained by the Company / Website in any manner. This
information is supplied by the User directly to the relevant payment gateway which is authorized to handle the
information provided, and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and
payment franchisees that it is associated with.
12 TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
12.1 Without limitation, EASEYOURLIFE™ may terminate or suspend your right to use the Service if you breach any
term of this Agreement or any policy of EASEYOURLIFE™ posted on the Service from time to time, or if EASEYOURLIFE™
otherwise finds that you have engaged in inappropriate and/or offensive behaviour.
12.2 If EASEYOURLIFE™ terminates or suspends your right to use the Service for any of these reasons, you will not
be entitled to any refund of unused balance in your account. In addition to terminating or suspending your
account, EASEYOURLIFE™ reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing
civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
12.3 EASEYOURLIFETM may terminate or suspend your right to use the Service at any time for any or no
reason by providing you with written or email notice of such termination, and termination will be effective
immediately upon delivery of such notice. Even after your right to use the Service is terminated or suspended,
this Agreement will remain enforceable against you.
12.4 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Service.
12.5 All sections which by their nature should survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement shall
continue in full force and effect subsequent to and notwithstanding the expiration or termination of this
Agreement.
12.6. Waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall NOT be deemed to be a waiver of any
preceding of subsequent breach or default. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable,
the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which
shall remain in full force and effect.
13 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
13.1 All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs,
music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces and other content (collectively “Proprietary
Material”) that users see or read on the Service is owned by EASEYOURLIFE™ or are used by permission. Proprietary
Material is protected in all forms, media and technologies now known or hereinafter developed.
13.2 EASEYOURLIFE™ owns all Proprietary Material as well as the coordination, selection, arrangement and
enhancement of such Proprietary Materials as a Collective Work under the Intellectual Property Rights Act, as
amended. The Proprietar Material protected by the domestic and international laws of copyright, patents, and other
proprietary rights and laws.
Users may not copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from the Service without
EASEYOURLIFETM's express prior written consent. Any use of such Proprietary Material, other than as
permitted therein, is expressly prohibited without the prior permission of EASEYOURLIFE™ and/or the relevant right
holder.
13.3 The service marks and trademarks of EASEYOURLIFE™ including without limitation EASEYOURLIFETM,
EYLTM, Ease Your LifeTM and the EASEYOURLIFETM logo EYL are service marks owned
by Elements EYL Private Limited.
13.4. Any other trademarks, service marks, logos and/or trade names appearing on the Service are the property of
their respective owners. You may not copy or use any of these marks, logos or trade names without the express
prior written consent of the owner.
14 MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
14.1 EASEYOURLIFE™ reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, improve, modify or discontinue,
temporarily or permanently, the Service or any content or information on the Service with or without notice.
EASEYOURLIFETM will not be liable to any party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
14.2 Additionally, all of our trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress that may appear on the
Website and various Social Media handles are owned by us, our licensors, or both.
14.3 Except for the limited use rights granted to you in these Terms, you shall not acquire any right, title or
interest in the Website or any Website content. Any rights not explicitly specified in these Terms are reserved.
15 CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
15.1 The term “Confidential Information” shall mean any and all of EASEYOURLIFETM trade secrets,
confidential and proprietary information and all other information and data of EASEYOURLIFETM that is
not generally known to the public or other third parties who could derive value, economic or otherwise, from its
use or disclosure.
15.2 Confidential Information shall be deemed to include technical data, know-how, research, product plans,
products, services, customers, markets, software, developments, inventions, processes, formulas, technology,
designs, drawings, engineering, hardware configuration information, marketing, finances or other business
information disclosed directly or indirectly in writing, orally or by drawings or observation.
15.3 You acknowledge that Confidential Information (as defined herein) is a valuable, special and unique asset of
EASEYOURLIFETM and agree that you will not disclose, transfer, use (or seek to induce others to
disclose, transfer or use) any Confidential Information for any purpose other than disclosure to your authorized
employees and agents who are bound to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information.
15.4. You shall promptly notify EASEYOURLIFETM in writing of any circumstances which may constitute
unauthorized disclosure, transfer, or use of Confidential Information.
15.5 You shall use best efforts to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized disclosure, transfer or use.
15.6. You shall return all originals and any copies of any and all materials containing Confidential Information

16 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
16.1 You explicitly agree that use of the website is at your sole risk. All products and services purchased on or
through the website are subject only to any applicable warranties by their respective manufacturers, distributors
and suppliers; if any, the website, website content and all products and services purchased on or through the
website are provided by us on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranty of any kind, either express or
implied.
16.2 Without limiting the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the indemnified entities disclaim
any and all warranties including any:
16.2.1 warranties that the website, website content, or any products or services purchased on or through the
website will meet your requirements;
16.2.2 warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, security, usefulness, timeliness, or informational
content of the website, website content, or any products or services purchased on or through the website;
16.2.3 warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose;
16.2.4 warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on our website or accessed through the
website;
16.2.5 warranties concerning the accuracy or reliability of the results that may be obtained from the use of the

16.3 EASEYOURLIFETM provides 15 days warranty of services with limited liability of rework only.
Whether the work falls in the scope of warranty is at the sole discretion of easeyourlife.in based on the outcome
of inspection of service provided.
16.4 Neither EASEYOURLIFETM nor its affiliates or licensors warrant that the service is free from
viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other harmful components.
16.5 EASEYOURLIFETM and its affiliates and licensors cannot and do not guarantee that any personal
information supplied by you will not be misappropriated, intercepted, deleted, destroyed or used by others.
17 NO LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
17.1 You agree not to hold easeyourlife.in EASEYOURLIFETM, its affiliates, its licensors, or any of
such the parties; agents, employees, officers, directors as Indemnified Entities, corporate partners, or
participants liable for any damage, suits, claims, and/or controversies (collectively, “liabilities”) that have
arisen or may arise, whether known or unknown, relating to your use of or inability to use the service, including
without limitation any liabilities arising in connection with the conduct, act or omission of any user (including
without limitation stalking, harassment that is sexual or otherwise, acts of physical violence, and destruction of
personal property), any dispute with any user, any instruction, advice, act, or service provided by EASEYOURLIFE™
or its affiliates or licensors and any destruction of your information.
17.2 Without limiting the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the indemnified entities disclaim
any and all warranties including any:
17.2.1 warranties that the website, website content, or any products or services purchased on or through the
website will meet your requirements;
17.2.2 warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, security, usefulness, timeliness, or informational
content of the website, website content, or any products or services purchased on or through the website;
17.2.3 warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose;
17.2.4 warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on our website or accessed through the
website;
17.2.5 warranties concerning the accuracy or reliability of the results that may be obtained from the use of the
website;
17.2.6 warranties that your use of the website will be secure or uninterrupted; and
17.2.7 warranties that errors in the website will be corrected.
17.3 Under no circumstances will easeyourlife.in EASEYOURLIFE its affiliates, its licensors, or any of the such
Indemnified Entities, parties; agents, employees, officers, directors, corporate partners, or participants be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising in connection
with your use of or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of the same.
17.4 If, notwithstanding the foregoing exclusions, it is determined that easeyourlife.in EASEYOURLIFE or its
affiliates, its licensors, or any of such parties; agents, employees, officers, directors, corporate partners, or
participants is/are liable for damages, in no event will the aggregate liability, whether arising in contract,
tort, strict liability or otherwise, exceed the total fees paid by you to EASEYOURLIFE™ during the three (3)
months prior to the time such claim arose.
17.5 In some jurisdictions limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, some of the
foregoing limitations may not apply to you. These limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18 INDEMNIFICATION
18.1 You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EASEYOURLIFE™ and the Indemnified Entities, its
directors, officers, employees, agents, our licensors, attorneys, independent contractors, providers,
subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all claim, loss, expense or demand of liability, including
any attorney's fees and costs incurred, in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.
18.2. EASEYOURLIFETM reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and
control of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate fully with us in the
defence of any claim that is the subject of your obligations hereunder. You will not, in any event, settle any
claim or matter without the written consent of EASEYOURLIFETM
19 DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
19.1 Any dispute, violation, controversy, contest or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the
breach, termination or validity thereof (hereinafter “Disputes”) shall be resolved amicably in the first instance.
19.2. The Parties agree to meet to resolve such dispute in good faith. Should such a solution not be reached,
within [30] days from the date of commencement of the dispute, difference or disagreement or such longer period of
time as may be mutually agreed by the Parties in writing, such dispute, difference or disagreement shall be
referred to Arbitration and shall be finally resolved through arbitration conducted by a tribunal of three
arbitrators, with the right of each party to appoint an arbitrator, who in turn will appoint a Presiding
Arbitrator. The Presiding Arbitrator shall pass an arbitral award. Any order/directions/awards of the majority of
the tribunal shall be final and binding on both the parties.
19.3. The arbitration proceedings shall be in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and
Rules thereunder at present in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The arbitration shall be
administered in accordance with its practice, rules and regulations. If the award passed in the Arbitration
proceeding is not acceptable to any of the Party, then the Party is free to approach the appropriate court of law
as agreed herein below.
19.4. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of India without giving effect
to their conflict of laws principles or rules. The courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
20 TERMINATION
20.1. We reserve the right in our sole discretion and at any point of time, to terminate or suspend your
Membership and/or block your access to the Website for any reason including, without limitation, in case you
having failed to comply with the letter and spirit of this Agreement. You agree that the Indemnified Entities
shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your Membership or for blocking
your access to the Website.
20.2. Any suspension or termination shall not affect your obligations to us under this Agreement. The provisions
of this Agreement which by their nature should survive the suspension or termination of your Membership or this
Agreement shall survive including, but not limited to, the rights and licenses that you have granted hereunder,
indemnities, releases, disclaimers, limitations on liability, provisions related to choice of law, dispute
resolution and all of the miscellaneous provisions set forth below.
20.3. In case of any dispute between the Users and EASEYOURLIFE™ the parties agree to resolve the matter amicably
vide arbitration. In case the method of arbitration fails, then the customer acknowledges and agrees that the
state courts located in Mumbai shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under the
terms of this Agreement.
21 SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
21.1 EASEYOURLIFETM may from time to time provide certain promotional opportunities to Customers. All
promotions will be run at the sole discretion of EASEYOURLIFETM and can be activated, modified or
removed at any point of time by EASEYOURLIFETM without advance notification.
21.2. In the event that you are given a promo code by or on behalf of EASEYOURLIFETM through which you
may refer a friend to EASEYOURLIFETM in exchange for a referral credit, you shall not use any online
marketing or advertising to promote such code or to artificially increase the amount of credits awarded. By way of
example, you may not post, or cause, request or permit a third party to post any such code on a coupon website,
nor use any paid search marketing, online advertising, forum posting, newsgroup posting or bulk email to
disseminate such code. You may only share such code with your personal friends and acquaintances for legitimate
referral purposes, as determined by EASEYOURLIFETM at its sole discretion. Without limiting
EASEYOURLIFETM other rights and remedies, EASEYOURLIFETM may terminate
such code and/or your account for any breach of this Section.
22 ADVERTISING
22.1 From time to time, you may communicate with, receive communications from, be re-directed to, interact with,
or participate in or use the services or obtain goods and services of or from, third parties (collectively,
the “Advertisers”) such as our advertisers, sponsors, or promotional partners as a result of your use of the
Website.
22.2. All such communication, interaction and participation is strictly and solely between you and such
Advertisers and we shall not be responsible or liable to you in any way in connection with these activities or
transactions (including, without limitation, any representations, warranties, covenants, contracts or other terms
or conditions that may exist between you and the Advertiser or any goods or services you may purchase or obtain
from any Advertiser).
23 NO AGENCY
23.1 No independent contractor, agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee or franchiser- franchisee
relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
24 GENERAL PROVISIONS
24.1 EASEYOURLIFETM takes no responsibility for money paid to Service Provider without informing us.
EASEYOURLIFETM has no control over payments made in cash to Service Provider hence it is important that
payments to be made directly to EASEYOURLIFETM through online payment option.
24.2. EASEYOURLIFETM may decline to provide any service on National Holidays, Public Holidays,
Government Holidays without any obligation to any customer or user.
24.3. EASEYOURLIFETM strongly discourages any direct contact with our Service Provider or any call
booked directly by the EASEYOURLIFETM Customer with the Service Provider, as in such cases
EASEYOURLIFETM has no control on whatsoever situation or condition.
24.4. We discourage any tips or reward to any of our Service Provider however if any EASEYOURLIFETM
Customer is doing so is completely based on their own will and decision.
24.5. EASEYOURLIFETM does not deal into any kind of material or spare parts. The customer should buy
the material required, for carrying out the service, on their own. However on customers demand,
EASEYOURLIFETM Service Provider may arrange for the material at customer doorstep and the material
provided shall be charged on actual basis, to the best of our knowledge.
24.6. Further, in case the material bought gets damaged or stops working after completion of work, in that case
EASEYOURLIFETM is not liable for any replacement or warranty of the product. However, customer may
directly approach the manufacturer to claim the terms or warranty linked with the product or material.
24.7. The Service Provider is liable for any damage done by him, and in occurrence of any such event the customer
is requested to first contact EASEYOURLIFETM customer care and then may lodge a complaint against the
Service Provider, if the solution is not coming out amicably.
24.8. EASEYOURLIFETM Customer are requested to report/inform us immediately for any
misconduct or unsatisfied behaviour of any of our Service Provider so that EASEYOURLIFETM can take
action for improvement. However if the misconduct is falling in the category of breaching of law then customer may
deal with that as per governing law, directly with the Service Provider and EASEYOURLIFETM will not be
responsible in such cases.
24.9. In case any criminal act is committed by the Service Provider while providing services, the customer, at its
own will can take direct action under the laws of country and also keep us informed on full details of the same.
EASEYOURLIFETM will not be party to any such action.
25 CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICE
25.1 EASEYOURLIFETM reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to,
supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) at any time,
effective with or without prior notice.
25.2. If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance
with this Agreement, you must terminate, and immediately stop using, the Service. Your continued use of the
Service following any revision to this Agreement constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and
all such changes.
25.3 EASEYOURLIFETM may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
EASEYOURLIFETM may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of
the Service without notice or liability.
26 MISCELLANEOUS
26.1. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal importance.
26.2. “Agreement” (including the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms) constitute the entire Terms and
Conditions of Use of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or
oral agreements between us with respect to such subject matter.
26.3. You may not assign this Agreement or assign any rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in
part without our prior written consent. Any such purported assignment or delegation by you without the appropriate
prior written consent will be null and void and of no force and effect.
26.4 We may assign this Agreement or any rights hereunder without your consent and without notice.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING TERMS OF USE AND THE EASEYOURLIFETM
PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE THAT MY USE OF THE SERVICE IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
