What days are you closed?
We're open every day, except on specific festival leaves. These include New Year, Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day, Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi, Anant Chaturdashi, Diwali, Hindu New Year, and New Year's Eve.

Where does EYL operate?
We serve Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai as of now. We will soon be expanding our services in other parts of India as well.

How can I book a task?
You can download our app or log onto our website to book your tasks. You may also reach out to our customer care help line on 8691911911 for further assistance.

How do I pay?
Pay online or with cash upon task completion for pickup and drop services. Pay online for maintenance and e-commerce services.

Can I get a delivery by cab/tempo?
Yes, for heavy or delicate items, you can get a cab/tempo delivery at an additional cost as per actuals.

Can I cancel a task?
You can cancel up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.

Do you offer personal transportation services?
We provide pickup and delivery services for packages, but not for individuals.

Do you deliver outside the city?
For delivering packages outside the city, we coordinate with trusted courier services near to your location. Courier charges are charged as per actuals.

Do you help with Packers & Movers?
Yes, we assist with local relocations.

What are the charges for parcel pickups and deliveries?
Charges vary based on factors like time, location, content, and weight. You can check out our website or mobile application for approximate charges.

Can I get late-night or early-morning deliveries?
We operate from 8 AM to 10 PM.

How do you deliver cakes?
We have specialized delivery knights trained for different cake types. Delivery/Handling charges depend on the cake and time. Fragile cakes are delivered by cab or auto with additional fare as per actuals. If the cake is not fragile and delicate, then it can be delivered by public transport during non-rush hours, i.e., between 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Can I send parcels to multiple destinations?

How does EYL handle deliveries?
We use a combination of bikes and public transport based on the package's nature.

Who are Delivery Knights?
Delivery Knights are trained professionals responsible for the safe and secure pickup and delivery of your packages. These include bikers (bike transport) as well as walkers (public transport).

Who are Service Knights?
Service Knights are skilled professionals trained to maintain and service your homes and offices.

What are the base charges for pickup & drop services at EYL?
The charges for pickup & drop start from Rs. 45/- onwards.
